# MailDate (LegalApi DTO)

`MailDate (LegalApi DTO)` is a data-transfer object in the `SAIF.Business.Claim.Legal.LegalApi` component grouping of `SAIF.Business.Claim.Legal`. It represents a single Order and Award Request (OAR) mailing record, tracking whether/when an OAR notice was due and mailed for a claim, and whether mailing was suppressed.*

## Purpose
- Carries the claim identifiers together with the OAR due/mailed dates and mailing flags (`Mailed`, `DoNotMail`, `PrimaryFlag`) needed to track OAR notice mailing status for an API consumer.*
